Amie Sparks, President & CEO
As a managing partner and CEO, Amie is responsible for A2Z’s growth strategies & initiatives
and financial planning. In addition, Amie oversees core business operations which include
resource & organizational planning, process improvement, sales & service development and
technology integration. Since joining A2Z in 2004, Amie’s leadership and pioneering
initiatives have been an integral part of A2Z’s growth. Amie is a member of the
Ohio State Accounting Association and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Todd Arena, Director of Operations
Todd has been with A2Z since 2010 and has 9 years of prior industry experience focusing
on evictions, REO preservation & asset management as an Operations Manager for a publicly
held national field service & asset management company. In his current role, Todd
oversees daily operations which include: maintaining current industry standards, vendor
network oversight, internal/external quality control & managing key performance metrics.
Todd graduated from Cleveland State University James A. Nance College of Business with a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Allen Markarian, Controller
Allen has been with A2Z since 2011 and oversees the entire accounting operation, including:
accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statement preparation, budget preparation
and GAAP compliance. Allen has spent over 20 years in various accounting supervisory
positions and operational management roles and has a bachelor's degree in Accounting from
Fresno State University.
Ed Becker, Director of IT
Ed is responsible for strategic planning of business information systems and the oversight
of software development, network, infrastructure and help desk support functions. He has
been with A2Z since 2013 and has an additional ten years’ experience in the information
technology industry with extensive experience in the software development lifecycle and
.net architecture. Ed is a graduate from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science and holds the following certifications: PMP, ITIL and Six Sigma.
Julie Blankenship, Director of Human Resources
Since joining the A2Z team in 2014, Julie is responsible for providing direction for all of
A2Z’s human resource initiatives, including employee relations, benefit administration, talent
management and HR compliance. Julie earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin University
and continued her formal education by obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
certification in 2004. Julie's specialties are in the areas of employment law, employee
relations, and leadership development.
Tony D'Aurelio, Director of Sales

Tony brings over 15 years of experience in retail banking, mortgage banking and mortgage field services
to his role as Director of Sales. Prior to joining the A2Z management team in 2016, Tony served as the
Sales Manager for a nationwide field service company. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management
from The University of Phoenix and is responsible for directing the A2Z sales process, developing new business
opportunities and creating customized solutions to meet new and existing client needs.
